When using Sabtech Online Mini ERP (SOMERP), we collect information to provision your secure workspace:

• User Profile Info: Your name, business email, phone number, and password credentials.
• Workspace Info: Company name, registration codes, tax IDs (TIN), business addresses, currency settings, and optional company branding assets (like logos).
• ERP Data Records: Inventory listings, product prices, customer files, supplier details, purchase and sales orders, invoice receipts, delivery logs, and team permission lists.

2How Your Data is Handled

We process your workspace records solely to provide the ERP software service. This includes running real-time calculations (such as cost and sales margins, inventory reorder thresholds, and warehouse valuation), compiling exportable PDF invoices, and building analytical reports.

3Security & Storage

We employ strict technical safeguards to secure your data records. All database actions operate inside real-time transactional sync streams utilizing high-grade server configurations. Database logs are captured securely, and document sequences are calculated using transactional isolation models. Password credentials are cryptographically salted and hashed before database storage, ensuring your login tokens are highly secure.

4Third-Party Integrations & Subprocessors

SOMERP utilizes secure sub-processors to power essential platform functionalities:

• Convex: Cloud database, backend schema validation, and real-time syncing provider.
• Pesapal: Premium payment transaction processor. Your card and mobile money inputs are processed directly through Pesapal’s PCI-DSS compliant interface. We do not store full credit card credentials on our servers.

5Your Rights & Data Portability

You retain the right to query, alter, or purge records inside your workspace. If you choose to terminate your SOMERP subscription, you can run tabular exports of all products, customers, suppliers, inventory levels, sales, and purchasing files. You can request complete deletion of your user credentials and company logs by contacting us.

6Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material updates to how we store or isolate workspace records, we will notify administrators through the settings panel or email notification alerts.
