Pay only for the modules your business runs on
Start with a base plan, tag on extra modules at their own rates, and scale up or down as your operations grow. Every company starts with a free trial.
All prices in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). Taxes are configured per company where applicable.
How module pricing works
Every module is tagged with its own price
Your subscription is assembled from the modules you activate — nothing more.
1. Pick a base plan
Each plan bundles a set of modules at a flat monthly fee. The plan is your company's base subscription and controls which modules are active by default.
2. Tag on extra modules
Every module carries its own monthly and yearly rate. Need Accounting on Starter? Add it — your invoice simply gains a line item priced at that module's rate.
3. Choose a billing period
Pay monthly, or commit longer and save: quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly billing carry automatic discounts. Coupons from our team stack on top.
4. One clear invoice
Invoice total = base plan + module add-ons − discounts + tax (where applicable). Each invoice lists every module as its own line, priced at the rate you see here.
Module rates
Per-module pricing
Add any of these to your plan. Each comes with its own trial period, so your team can evaluate a module before it bills.

Trials & grace periods
Every plan and module starts with a free trial. When a subscription lapses, a grace period keeps your team working while you renew — no sudden lockouts, and your data is never deleted.
Pay your way
Pay online by mobile money or card through Pesapal checkout links on your invoices, or settle by cash, cheque, or bank transfer — a platform admin confirms manual payments and your modules activate immediately.
Who can access a module?
- Your company subscription must be in trial, active, or its grace period
- The module must be active for your company (included in the plan or added on)
- The user's role must have permission for that module
- Optionally, strict mode limits each module to explicitly assigned users
Assemble the ERP your business actually needs
